Privacy Policy – Volos Transfers

This policy explains how Volos Transfers (operated by Leventis 360° – Travel Support Services, Volos, Greece) collects and uses personal data when you visit www.volostransfers.gr or book a transfer with us. We process data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Greek law.

1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect

  • Booking and contact data you give us: name, email, phone number, pickup and drop-off points, dates and times, flight or ferry number, number of passengers and luggage, and any notes you add.
  • Payment data: if you pay online, payment is handled by the payment provider; we do not store card numbers.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, collected through cookies only if you accept them (see section 6).

3. Why we use your data

  • To arrange, confirm and carry out your transfer or tour (performance of a contract).
  • To contact you about your booking, for example if your flight is delayed (performance of a contract).
  • To issue invoices and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
  • To measure website traffic and show relevant offers on Google and Meta, only with your consent.

4. Who we share it with

We share only what is needed with: our drivers and partner transport companies who carry out your trip; our sister companies Les Hirondelles Travel Agency and Kentrikon Boutique Hotel when you book a combined service; our website host, email and payment providers; and public authorities when the law requires it. We never sell your data.

5. How long we keep it

Booking data is kept for as long as needed to provide the service and for the period required by Greek tax law (usually 5 years). Contact-form messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted within 12 months.

6. Cookies

When you first visit, a banner lets you choose between Accept all and Only necessary. Necessary cookies keep the site working. Analytics and advertising cookies (Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Pixel) are only activated if you accept them. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button at the bottom left of the page.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To use these rights, email info@volostransfers.gr. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection and access to booking data is limited to the staff who need it.
